Success With Autos In Transit Leads

Autos In Transit knows you can buy auto transport leads form many vendors. We like to set ourselves apart from the competition by providing the most quality leads on the market. We provide regular internet leads and we also provide phone verified leads as well at no additional cost.  Not only that, but we genuinely care about how well your business does with our leads. We want to be your #1 lead provider.  Here are a few things you and your employees can do to have the best results and closing ratios with our leads.

  1. Call the lead as soon as it hits your system. Most brokers are using JTracker, so as soon as you see you have a lead call it immediately. There are a few reasons for this. One, if you are calling within the first 1-2 minutes you will most likely be the first person to be speaking to the customer. Two, because you are the first person to call the lead, your the first impression the customer will have so you can set the tone. Three, by calling the customer so quickly they will not have enough time to go to other websites and fill out their information to request more quotes. This will keep the amount of people trying to close the deal down.
  2. Email is not the best tool for professional selling. Many companies like to use email to speak with customers, but statistics show that nearly 8 out of 10 people would rather speak with someone directly and have their questions answered over the phone then by email. Also, the way that auto transport software is coded (JTracker, Megabee, Auto Transport Plus, etc) and set up when sending emails look like spam to email accounts such as gmail, yahoo, hotmail, and aol. They will receive 1 or 2 emails in their inbox, but the rest goes to spam.
  3. Follow up with the customers. Properly following up with the customer trying to earn their business looks positive towards a respective customer. If they have chosen a different company don’t use scare tactics or bash the company they are working with, simply follow up the day the vehicle is suppose to be transported and if it is still posted Central Dispatch simply explain to the customer how the business works and try to earn their business again. Using scare tactics and bashing other companies not only makes you look bad, but it makes the industry look bad as a whole. Also, Autos In Transit does not tolerate auto transport brokers who use those methods and will be removed from our list if it occurs.

We hope this helps out our brokers to create a better work environment and industry as a whole. If you have any questions or concerns please give us a call at (800)595-2062.

Thank you and Happy Selling!!!
